Planning permission has been officially granted for a major new 76-unit residential development in the heart of Limerick City. The project on Catherine Street will see the restoration of protected Georgian townhouses alongside the construction of a modern six-story apartment block. Numbers 35 and 37 Catherine Street, both protected structures, will be refurbished into duplex apartments, while a new basement level will provide parking and secure bike storage.
