Planning permission has been granted for an eight-story ‘rock and room’ hotel on Dublin’s Vicar Street. Businessman Harry Crosbie, developer of the 3Arena and Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, has been awarded permission after trying to get the project over the line for more than decade.
