Colm Costello is a director of the business and his strengths include exceptional focus on client satisfaction and repeat business. He is responsible for Business Development and recruits for senior roles in Ireland, the UK and overseas, including the Middle East & Africa. Following from his graduation from University College Galway in 1998, Colm started his career in Construction Recruitment. Since then he has worked for two companies in senior management roles, and so has a strong pedigree in recruiting Construction Professionals.
Seamus is business graduate from University College Galway and has 16 years experience in the recruitment of Construction Professionals. He is a director of Brightpath Recruitment and is responsible for the management of major client accounts, strategic planning and operations within the business. Over the years Seamus has built up a large network of contacts within the industry and he uses this knowledge to deliver a high quality recruitment service to our clients
After graduating with a Bachelors of Arts (Hons) in Journalism and Psychology, Caroline moved into Recruitment. Her personal skills and ability to adapt to different business environments have allowed her to become a very efficient and effective recruitment consultant. Caroline now manages the recruitment of Health and Safety personnel and is successful in providing professional staff who meet the clients requirements.
Elaine has a MSc in Occupational Psychology from John Moores University in Liverpool and has over 10 years of experience working in the recruitment and selection of Engineers and Technicians in Ireland and the USA. She has worked across a wide range of industries including Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Semi-Conductor and High Tech manufacturing. She joined the company in January 2015 as Principal Consultant and Career Coach and manages the Engineering & Life Sciences division.
Ciara graduated from Carlow Institute of Technology in 2012 with an Honours degree in International Business. Her academic background and experience in sales has supported her in becoming a recruitment consultant that is focused on engaging the most talented personnel for clients and helping candidates secure exciting new opportunities. She joined Brightpath Recruitment in 2016 and now specialises in recruiting professional Quantity Surveyors for respected Contractors, Developers, Engineers and Project Managers.
Elaine has an Honours degree in Human Resource Management from I.T. Sligo and joined the team in 2015. Elaine worked in I.T. Sligo before joining Brightpath Recruitment where she now specialises in recruiting for Accounts, Administration and Finishing Foreman roles. Elaine ensures that candidates will be a good fit in a new role by aligning their personality and skills with the client’s company culture and requirements.
Nicola graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Higher Diploma in Education from NUI Maynooth. She spent some time teaching before moving into the Financial Services industry where she worked in management for a number of years. Nicola joined Brightpath Recruitment in 2016 to support the growing Life Sciences division and specialises in recruiting high quality personnel for leading companies in the biopharma and medical device industry.
Trevor achieved an Honours degree in Business, specialising in Marketing from I.T. Sligo in 2016 before joining the Brightpath Recruitment team. His marketing skills were honed through a variety of projects for businesses throughout Sligo and this has enabled him to support the recruitment team by continuing to build upon Brightpath Recruitments excellent reputation in the industry. Trevor’s role involves managing social media accounts, graphic design and content creation.
